Great mods and beautiful pics. Extra points for using the old Reims circuit as a backdrop! I went there once and you can hear the ghosts...
I just ordered an M240i in Estoril Blue, and your build has inspired me. What a great color. |

david51 : Been following your car for a while. I'm planning to order some LHD M4 seats for my RHD BMW m235i. Is the fact that one is LHD and the other RHD, will that effect the electric plugs? Will it still be plug and play? I know since the drive and passenger seat are swapped, that the driver will now loose memory function, but that doesn't bother me.

Hello Yes it is plug and play except the seat heating control that will be reversed. It will be necessary to press the button on the right to activate the heating of the left. My interior is of English origin, I bought the 2 controls of the front seats to reset in French model and I also moved the electric motors which are different (no Hall sensor on the model passenger) |

Hello Very beautiful in white and your rims are perfect. I look forward to seeing the result with the interior M4 Sakir Orange. There is currently a M4 sakir orange for sale on ebay |

Trying to decide between Sakir Orange or the Black M4 Competition Seats. I'm hesitating with the M4 competition seats because they aren't full leather.

david51: I also wanted to ask you about your f80 steering wheel and paddle shifters. I find, the m235i stock paddle shifters, feel cheap and they make this awful plastic sound when you change gears. Do the f80 paddle shifters feel much tighter to pull? Do they also fix that plastic sound found in the m235i. If it does, I want to upgrade my paddle shifters and maybe the connecters.

I have not tested the pallets of the original M235i steering wheel. On the M3 model I do not have any plastic noise |

Beautiful car David!
Jealous you get to drive that around France - one of my favorite places in the world is driving the coast near Marseille. Picking up an '16 Estoril Blue m235i next week - your photos have definitely gotten me excited... |

Don't your rear wheels stick outside the guard a little?
I've got the same wheel sizes as you, and now my rear wheels stick out by about 2.0cm. It looks a little silly. Front 19 X 8 Rear 19 X 9 |
