Reviving a dead thread just to add that, if there truly are only 5 '17 M240i US-market slicktops, all of officially been accounted for in this thread 😁. Frankly though, I'm thinking they searched the system wrong or are telling stories. I'd love to know if someone has a breakdown on sales by options and colors. I'm assuming it's easier now that the F22 is discontinued and there are no more outstanding orders.

Yea, I think there are more than 5. Here's mine and it may be a true unicorn. It came with a factory M-Performance LSD.

I have a 2018 230i, F22, and it's another one of the apparently rare ones with the "Sunroof Delete" option, which was a $900 savings. I had to special order my F22 to get the manual transmission and didn't want the sunroof as well. I seem to remember that the sunroof delete was only available if you ordered the M-Sport package (but not sure about that).

I wonder what the weight savings is - I would think that the sunroof adds a few pounds.
