Soooo, my company offers a job in Everett/WA for a limited period of time.

Everett is pretty ghetto middle-south. North Everett is old and bit better but would choose to live in another area, Edmonds, mukilteo. I live in lake Stevens just east.

Although it will happen, not the game plan. The game plan is to pay everything off by spring and be debt free.
