Hmm, No sunroof in the new pics. I wonder if this will be an option in the US or if it's a Euro spec thing. If there is a sunroof delete option that will make a lot of the track guys happy.

rear, rear 3/4, and full front are the bad angles
front 3/4, side, and front a little from above are the good angles. Interior is too fancy for my taste. I actually prefer the base model's rear bumper... |

Front and side was never really a concern, since we've known what it was going to look like for months. The rear however was a question mark. After seeing this car with Msport and a "proper" color, I'm personally good with it. Not the car's strongest point, but still a great looking car. IMHO, it's begging for a CSL style trunk or M Perf spoiler. This has turned out to be a very cool car, just as long as the price is reasonable-ish for a BMW

Looks like the official BMW photos leaked early.

Agreed--to me, the only part of the car that I don't really like is the diffuser--it looks sort of "too big" or too plain or something. This will be cured easily in the aftermarket world, I am sure.
Overall, really nice looking ride--I am finally convinced...

One other thing--are the wheels gunmetal?
I was hoping for that bright M silver finish on the rims...

I think it might be more acceptable with different colors--black, for instance, would create a nice contrast. White might look a little funny...it will depend...

These pictures seal the deal for me.
Wasn't sure whether to go M235i or E92 M3. I'm waiting for the M2. I'm envisaging a wide stance and aggressive kit. Yup. That's exactly what I want!! |

Diffuser is not a problem for me. But adding a taller CF M Performance spoiler is one of the first things I'd do. And wider and bigger tires for sure.
I'm already crunching the numbers to see what the monthly payments might look like haha.

Looks great with the exception of the hood line and rear diffuser (why so big ). Also, from the under hood shots, the engine looks to be positioned more forward than in the 1 and 3 series.
