Consistency from stewards would give Hammy a 5 place grid drop.

Don't think so , but hopefully Red Bull protests about the seen circumstances ..

Bahrein '21 , the first race of the season . HAM exceeded '29 times the track limits during the race in his fight vs MAX ..
HAM got nothing there , but he took the "STOLEN" victory !

I expect that it has a very aggressive tune. (it only has to last 1 (or2) races).
To make sure MERC gets the WCC.

During the next winter break ,the Mercedes PU factory has to work really hard ,to supply the Merc drivers with hundreds of PU's during the '2022 season !
