Haha yeah, I had friends on Instagram that for years thought it was peanut keys or just plain ol Keanu Reeves lol. In the context of this forum it doesn’t really make sense but I’m glad I’m on record now as the piano 2-er.

Do they remove the old leather and rewrap, or simply wrap over? Is the wheel the same thickness as before?

It's the same thickness. It definitely feels like the old leather was removed and replaced with Alcantara.

@chichi2er Re the photography: try out some low-level evening/night shots with a long exposure and small (i.e. higher f number, like f16) and low ASA (e.g. 100) in the same location. Perhaps with an assistant, and the camera on a tripod, aim for something like an 8 sec exposure. Start out with the variations of the same shot with as long an exposure as looks right.
Then drive the car out of the frame and get your assistant to start the exposure while you drive the car into the shot and stop. That way, you'll get light trails from the head/tail lights. You'll probably need to experiment a lot to get something satisfactory. It may all be more trouble then it's worth but you may get a more 'dynamic' photo'.

Clayed and waxed it during the week, then added a CS Style Spoiler over the weekend!

I tend to need room in the trunk to carry bodies around. No room for thumper.

Oil changed today and went from 0-20 to 0-30 weight given how hot this summer has been. Received confirmation that my ordered charge pipe from Evolution Raceworks is being anodized and should be shipped next week (thanks Mike at Extreme). Had a lengthy discussion with my mechanic re: LSD. Trying to narrow it down to one between Wavetrac, Quaife, or 3-clutch 30/60 (which since I don't race all the time might be the best) all from Diffsonline.

Same thing as I do most days ... go past it on my way to my morning run sitting there unused thinking "damn that's a beautiful car".

Diffsonline offers options,at least with the 230i, of four or five gear ratios per LSD type. It appears if they don't have the item in stock, it is custom made. There are a few fellow Addicts that know a lot more about this than I. But visit their site, it's very informative especially to someone just starting the decision process like me as they provide definitions of the various LSDs they offer.
