Has anyone successfully coded enhanced Bluetooth onto a 2014 model using BimmerCode?

Yes I searched and it seems the best solution would be to AO code 6NS using ESYS, but alas I don't a Windows machine.

I accidentally turned off the auto rev match when I coded 'clutch depress to start car' inactive. Or it could be other way around. Either way, check that setting and try.
Bingo, that was it. Coded my car again last night and now rev-matching is working as it should.
Glad that fixed it!
And you've stumbled upon the best coding feature on the app yet

Will this approach work for disabling the auto rev match for both the 240i and M2 6MT models??

Dunno about the M2, but it works on the M240i.

Has anyone else had difficulty coding in the digital speedo? I can't seem to get anything to show up on the instrument cluster in the spot where that would be (date, range, etc). I've got it all turned on in the Idrive settings but it never seems to show up on the cluster.

Bimmercode

Yes, I have been unable to do it also. I've coded lots of things successfully, but I've never been able to get that to work. I'm very interested in "enhanced bluetooth" to get texts and the like. Any chance we'll be getting an easy button for coding that?

I have been reading about Carly, E-Sys and Bimmercode but still have not found specific answers to two questions for Bimmercode: 1. Is there now a version for Android phones (the Bimmercode website implies there is but I would like this confirmed). 2. Has Battery Registration been added to Bimmercode for the M240i or is it planned for a near-future release?

Yes, it's available for android. I've been using it. It doesn't have the battery registration feature though unlike Carly.

Thanks. The Android version is good news. Apparently the developer is easy to correspond with from other user messages I have seen. Can you provide his email address so that I can ask him about the prospects of a future Battery Registration feature?

I don't have his email address...I think I scooped it from his website.

Stephan Gauch (the developer) responded (very quickly): Battery Registration is on his "to do" list but not yet scheduled for a particular release. By the way, his email address is: info@bimmercodeapp.de

Having an issue activating video in motion on a 2015 M235i.

The coding is applied and then during activation l get a prompt with two lines that say n.t.a. There is no other information on the screen. If I select one I get a Yes/No prompt on the next screen.

Can anyone advise what might be the issue or what I need to select to correctly complete the coding for this option?

Select the bottom, initially unselected option and then yes.

Anyone know if you can code for the rear fog lights to go on once you have either a Euro headlight switch, or removed the tabs on the rear fog light button on the US version? If not this would be a nice update to the app at some point, Hint, hint.

Auto-On or just enable switch to work?

US Spec cars have the bulb installed. On my 08 135i I bought a euro switch which enabled the rear fog lights to work. Fast forward, on my 15 M4, I bought the Euro switch, but had to have the car coded to enable the rear fogs to work, despite having the Euro switch. I would like them to work when the lights are on and I push the rear fog light switch.

The US switch can be altered to function like a Euro switch by the removal of 3 very small plastic tabs, but would still require coding for the rear fogs to work. When its functioning the rear fog light icon illuminates on the dash.

In short, enable switch to work

I have screen mirror coded via Bimmercode working on mine > 63 MPH...haven't seen it cut off yet at 80 MPH(128 KPH)

Sorry, I do not have DVDs to USB video to test the video in motion but I assume its the same thing?
DVDs work at any speed in my '17 M240i after using BimmerCode.

How does one get screen mirroring? I don't see that option in the app. Is this done in expert mode?
***BUMP***

Could anyone cast any light on screen mirroring??

Yes, I am aware US model M3/M4 are not equipped with fogs, but can be added and either modify or replace switch. Coding is present on F30 Cheat Sheet.

I did some coding a bit ago and then got stuck in stop and go traffic (which is the only time I use Eco Pro). When I switched to Eco Pro, I got this display:

I like the Charge/Power graph better than the fuel mileage one. I just think it looks cooler. I can't remember what I coded to get it? And, does anyone know if can it be enabled for other driving modes somehow?

Different drive modes vary the display.

Except that never used to appear in Eco Pro either. I had the normal gas mileage meter. Something changed it to that ...

My 100% stock vehicle has that display in eco pro.

Maybe there was an update done when you got it serviced.
