some parts being lubricated isnt out of the norm, but it looks like your plug was soaked, was that the case? if so, yeah I'd think thats odd

Maybe a bit much oil, but it shouldn't hurt anything.
As mentioned, maybe just clean the electrical area and check the yellow plugs have blocked the fuel openings from excessive oil. |
