Source for open mesh foglight inserts?

Anyone know where to find fog light inserts with an open mesh? All the ones I have seen are solid and block all the air flow. Looking for something like these (out of stock).

or this one part #2 in this diagram (no part number on realoem)

It might be a Euro vs. USA part deal - does Ikon have a part # for you to reference? If you have a # check with https://www.schmiedmann.com/ (on their site or send an email). They have used & new parts and can get genuine BMW parts.
