Lowering Springs Instal Pricing
I’m in Florida and have been quoted at $1600 to instal some H&R lowering springs by two different reputable BMW shops near me. Is this accurate? I was expecting closer to 400-800 for this job

Like the cost of almost everything repair prices have gone up over the past four years. Get three estimates to make sure the shops are in the same ballpark.
Replacing the rear springs is relatively easy if you have the tools. The fronts will require a spring compressor.

Might want to look for different shops that are more mod friendly. That seems high even for Canadian standards. Your estimated price seems more reasonable.

I am in Los Angeles and mine was $790 for dinan spring PARTS and INSTALL.
Recently just had coilover installed, paid $480 for install with alignment. Quoted range was that to $750(This is from a BMW tech at BMW dealer afterhour) |
