I have a 230i that I am converting to an M sport bumper. The car has fog lights but the new bumper does not. What part numbers do I need to install lights and the grills into the bumper, re-using the existing wiring.

-fog lights on an M sport may be a europe-only option? I believe because their M240i does not have coolers in the area.
-I know that the lights/housing are different than the ones in the 230i.
-I see part numbers for the M sport (M240i?) fog lights but I'm unsure which are correct.
-I see listings on ebay and OEM parts sites for grilles showing openings for fog lights, but the description says it is for cars without fog lights.
-I see pictures of M sport bumpers with fog lights, but cannot find a parts diagram or other details.

This is NOT a debate on should you or should you not put fog lights on an M sport bumper or an M240i. That has been beaten to death and is no help. I have the wiring, so I want to use the wiring.

The grills are listed on a UK site, but the part numbers do not appear on US sites. It also notes it is for cars WITH fog lights. The US sites show a similar part (same diagram image, possibly inaccurately, but different part number), noting the US part is NOT for fog lights. Images of the actual European part can be seen on eBay and elsewhere, but it is hard to see how the fog light mounts/attaches to it.
I think the Euro grills (for f22 230i m sport) are what I need, but would like to find/confirm the fog lights and the attachment before ordering.

Unfortunately, REALOEM is not helping when it comes to euro only parts. I do see parts listed on UK ebay for a fog light bracket. I now have the grills and the fog lights and it seems a bracket is needed. I'm contacting some UK sites now.

Not quite sure if this is what you're asking but 63132358310 (the part # for the fog lamp kit) shows the fogs have a bracket that looks like it fastens directly onto the grille. I was unable to find any other trim brackets for the fogs.

I see what you mean after looking for a few mins. lots of conflicting info.

That is interesting and looks to be a conversion kit. I believe I now have the correct lights and grills, and I’ve just purchased the support brackets from eBay UK, part numbers 51118055304 and 303. We’ll see if it all fits together.

I'm trying to remember what the issue was with the fog lights. When I ordered my '18 with M-Sport, I was surprised that it didn't have the fog lights, which I thought were standard. The explanation I heard was that the M-sport included additional oil coolers behind the area where the fog lights would go, and therefore the fog lights were eliminated for the M=Sport option.

I believe the M240i had extra coolers. Not sure about the 230i with M Sport.

Most M240i have one cooler on the left side. Some others depending of production years have also coolers on each side as mine. There is no space for fog lamps.

I really miss fog lights in the bumper. I have Adaptive LEDs but this is not enough on dark mountain roads as where I drive.
