ZF8 Software Upgrade

For those with the ZF8 automatic transmission has anyone found any performance software upgrade?
I track my car and often find at that tge transmission doesn’t downshift during the braking and find it downshifting while exiting the corner once I push the gas pedal to the floor.

xHP is a popular transmission flash. Have you considered using manual mode?

Yes must definitely my issue is that since my car is a 4cyl it’s too quiet and I spend more time looking at the tachometer than to the track, even after retrofitting an M235 rear muffler.

Am on the lookout for an M240 MPerformance or Dinan muffler.

+1 for xHP.
+1 for mperf exhaust if you’re trying hear the actual exhaust. 235 stock exhaust seems pretty quiet to me.

Don’t the 4-cyl cars have augmented sound as well? On the 235 that helps a bit at least when autocrossing.

What drive mode and shifter mode do you usually use on track now?
