Is this gap in the M235 bumper normal?
Just got my rear bumper repainted in the M235 and noticed this gap between the weather stripping and the bumper. Bodyshop owner says it’s normal, and that the bumper can’t go in any further. Can anyone confirm?

I almost commented that it wasn't normal but decided to go out and look at mine. I had to crouch down to see it, but there is a gap there. Now I can't unsee it, thanks!

The gap continues all the way across the bumper cover. Please ignore the dirty, haven't washed the winter off yet. Enjoy!

Thank you for the picture.
Yes, it does look like the gap continues throughout the whole cover, even with the taillights. This is weird, I guess I'm only noticing it now since I'm checking for mistakes after the repaint. Sorry for making you notice it! |
