is it broke and how did BMW do it
So see the pics, the passenger side cowl, the clips look 180deg off, so I can't clip it down, my oil guy (I was with him) just pulled it off and we found we couldnt secure it.
Last oil change or anything was BMW what I can't understand is HOW they did it,nothing seems broken and I can't even reverse it very confused, I compared with the drivers side and it's different, that side works funny thing all 3 are like that, I even tried to lever them around with a screwdriver and couldnt move it over, |

I heated them up first - made them easier to turn without breaking.

hi yes I know, my oil guy, I'm in the workshop with him, I watched him just remove the panel without loosening it, when we tried to fit it, thats when I saw why it wasnt securing, last people to touch the car, was BMW, for my yearly oil change,
you would thunk they know how to do it LOL I'll give it another try, but as I said I tried rotating any which way with no luck, I'll try using bit more torque, I was using a small socket on a screwdriver handle kinda affair I bet somone used an airtool on it |
