Front Left Tire Vibration, Need Help
Hey guys,
Recently I got in an accident impacting the left side of the car only affecting the body work or so I thought. When driving back from the body shop above 35 mph there would be a slight vibration from the front left wheel only. The sound increases and decreases like a sine wave on an interval for a second. It has a woooom woooom sound, kind of like a something rubbing against a tire. I got an alignment at the dealer only for everything to be in spec. Minor crack in trans mounts which they thought it could be, but it only happens in the left front tire on the crash side. They also said it could be bearings. Any ideas? |

Sounds like the front left wheel bearing. If it gets louder when you turn to the right with a moderately aggressive turn and less noisy when turning to the left, that would be a good indication that it is the bearing.
