Just added Racing Dynamics strut brace as well as AFE air intake scoop behind the grille on my '16 m235i vert. Strut brace was very quick and easy install. Intake scoop was a pain in the butt with my big-ish hands. But I got it done and all is right with the world!

I was involved in an accident earlier this year and saw it as an opportunity to do an M-Sport bumper conversion and what I believe to be the only M-Sport Moonlight Silver to my knowledge. The rear isn't done quite yet.

Stripped the threads on the oil pan. Patched it up enough to last the weekend. Threw some Very Sticky rubber on it and drove around in circles for time trials. Once it got warmer and the track slowed down, gave people fun rides. 10/10 would flog around the track again.

I don't think I've ever seen that color on a 2 before and I am a huge fan. That looks wicked nice. Have pics of the full car?

It's what I didn't do, but was done!

Parked under a tree, recent storm caused branch to fall, putting a nice deny in my roof

Arrrrrgh!

Had it detailed and graphene coated. Car's white so of course you can hardly tell. I'm sure it's happy, though.

Got them on eBay, they're nice to because you don't have to cut the little metal knobs off the stock exhaust pipes, perfect fit. Here's the link

Got them on eBay for under 100$, install will take you literally 10 minutes, since you don't have to cut off the little metal pieces that hold the stock tips in position, (most aftermarket tips I've seen are longer than these and require it to be cut off). Link below for them

Yesterday I removed the clutch delay valve. It seemed like it would be a straightforward procedure, and in some senses I guess it was, but doing that work with only a pair of Rhino Ramps put me at the extreme limit of my ability to jam my body under the car and still have the ability to move my arms.

I realized right away that I absolutely was not gonna be able to get the top bolt that holds on the slave cylinder, so I reverted to the wood screw 'twist and yank' method. I got the rubber bits out immediately, but no matter what I tried, I couldn't get traction on the CDV part. I was just about to give up when I slid out from under the car to get a drink. As I stood up, something small fell out of a fold in my shirt: the clutch delay valve. It must have fallen out, leaving me to spend 20 minutes trying to remove a part that wasn't there.

Anyway, I bolted things back up and am super happy with the new clutch action. And am incredibly sore in my shoulders, as they were in bad shape to begin with. So that was my fun day.

Good job on removing it 👍👍 i agree that top bolt is a pain in the a.. to remove ! Final result without CDV is 100% worth it
