2021 M240i tune?

Hey guys,

Im fairly new to tuning and modifying cars and wanted to know if there's anything available yet for the 21' m240? Ive seen a couple post around that any model past 6/2020 has a locked ECU but haven't heard anything different.

Got to use JB4 for now until the ecu are unlocked. It's not bad but i know the ecu tune will be a huge difference on this car. you can flash your transmission tcu though its not locked i did mine to stage3

How long does it generally take to get an ECU unlocked? I'm new to this too and would like to have more options than just the JB4.

Their website says it’s supported I wonder what else is involved?

EDIT - Confirmed with BM3 that this isn't possible at the moment. Technically they have a tune to support 2020+ but they are prohibited by the DME lock, hence the "2016-Present availability" on their website.
