Does this quote seem kinda high to you?
I'm looking to get a CP, DP, and high flow cat installed. Seems like the labor is a bit ridiculous to me.

I don't know what your local shop rates are, but $1,500 in labour is nuts. I did all the above on my driveway in about 8 hours. With a lift the downpipe is an hour an a half or so, removing the bumper and doing the intercooler and charge pipe is probably another 3.
Even if you're charitable about it, I don't see how its 10-15 hours for that work. |

Unless they have attorneys installing those parts, I'd say the labor cost is about 3X too high.
Chargepipe - 2 hours if you've never done it, a tech will be able to do it much quicker Downpipe - 2 hours if you've never done it, a tech will be able to do it much quicker Intercooler - 2 hours if you've never done it, a tech will be able to do it much quicker 4 to 6 hours. Shop rate of $90-100/hr plus shop materials. $400-500. Sounds like you got the "Get lost, kid" estimate.

Okay, thanks for the feedback. Good to know that I'm not crazy. There's another shop in town I can check with.
