EBC Yellow are probably some of the best full-time street and part-time HPDE pads I've used, with almost o compromises. I recommend them, 100% is only doing 2-3 events/year. Add Motul RBF with some SS lines and you're good to go.

I'm on my second set of Hawk Street/Race (which I think have been discontinued). As soon as this set is done, I'm getting a new set of rotors (Zimmermann) and PFC 08s. We'll see how those go.
My main complaint with the Hawks was that they didn't feel very linear, and were INSANELY noisy. I'm not talking "haha squeaky brakes" - I am very tolerant to car noise and I have a hard time using my car with the windows down, and I often panic because I think I'm suddenly out of pads and destroying everything and nope....50% left. |
