M2 Suspension parts for M240i?
The E92 vastly benefited from swapping out M3 suspension parts.
Is this also being done on this platform, or is there some fundamental difference that stops us using M2 bits? reference: https://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=177028 Thanks! Dreculah |

Turner Motorsport offers these two items from the M2 that will retrofit to a M235/M240i:
https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-5...m-upgrade-kit/ https://www.turnermotorsport.com/p-3...nstalled-arms/ I am saving my pennys to install them and have my M235i aligned to more aggressive specs. |

F8x LCA and TS's will bolt onto the RWD cars. Rear LCA bushings are soft, those are fairly easy/cheap to do as well. After or during that job, I'd 100% recommend the Diff bushings, it'll feel much more engaging and "M" car like.
Then the rear 4 links, also weak with stamped steel arms which are flexible when using R comps and the soft bushings. Can replace all 8 w/ Megan Racing pieces for less than $600, they have metal bushes with rubber for driveability, love the adjustability factor too for 0 toe in the rear. Once you lower these cars the rear toe gets out of whack, and no way to adjust it. You're now basically settled on proper track-prep suspension, less spring rates and dampers, which coilovers would be highly recommended (2way adj, min). Happy truckin'

It goes with the limited slip like butter goes with popcorn. Do the two together and plan on experiencing a different (and noticeably better!) car.
