folding mirrors

The lease on my m235i is up in a few months and I'm thinking about getting an m240i next. I looked at the standard features and packages offered on the car, but I see no mention of folding mirrors. My m235i has them and I really like the feature. Does anyone know if this is included or at least an option on the m240i?

I have never seen an upper-level BMW model without folding mirrors.
Do you see them included in any packages?
If not, they are standard.
But why not just ask?

They were standard on my '16 M235, but they aren't auto-folding mirrors, you have to push a button to fold them.

Or you can code them to auto fold with comfort access lock like I did.

I was wondering about this.

What are the steps to get this accomplished?

You are in Colorado.
They are standard.
The "convenience package" ,previously the Premium package, is standard on the car, which includes power folding mirrors, auto dimming mirrors blah blah blah....

awesome! I just read through the standard features of the car on the BMW website and saw no mention of them nor did I see them mentioned in any of the packages, which is why I was confused.

WiFi OBD and the Bimmercode app. You can code quite a lot of features to your liking. Check out the thread on Bimmercode here. Very helpful.
