I went to Dyno with my friend who has X3 28i Dinan and I have Racechip on my X3 28i
Happy I am with Racechip since I can now outrace my X3 35i (stock) friend. The Dinan is so conservative you will never need warranty , my 2 cents

I've had the Dinan tune on my 228 for awhile and love it. Get 28 mpg in comfort with mixed highway and street driving. With sport it is closer to 22. Definitely take a hit on mileage but should be expected with the tune

Dinantronics is a great entry level package. I had it on my car as a demo. Smooth and good power. Easy to install. No issues with warranty. I recommend it for those that want just a bit more out of their car without drama. Love the fact that you can upgrade to stage 2 for the difference in price from the stage one when you get an intercooler and intake.
