Testing was done on ~92 octane with 500 miles on the ODO. The dyno was updated with winpep8 and recalibrated as part of that process so I'm hesitant to compare to previous charts. As is it appears the new motor is about the same as the N20 in the output department. But, I suspect it's a bit better. We'll get another N20 on the dyno soon for comparison

Ok Sorry everyone about the delay regarding the review on the intake. I got rear ended and I was sorting everything out with the dealer and insurrance but everything has now been taking care of and the car is like brand new
So first of all, this intake is pretty easy to install and will take 10-15min at most ! Performance wise, I can't say it doesnt give that much but the car seem to be breathing better at high RPM. Soundwise it does give a bit of the electronic DV sound which is weird at first but youll get easily addicted to the sound. I also own the Dinantronics for the B48 (was their beta tester) and with it setup at 3psi is when the fun begins, you can really hear the air beeing sucked in at high RPM and now the electronic DV are louder. I do suggest to everyone this intake for the sound and ease of install. Also for those who worries about the winter or colder climate driving (because of previous intake having some cold driving issue with idle and rought start). No problem at all with the intake. It's now been on the car for 1600km (1000miles) and encountered temperature between -30c to 15c since install in january. No issue, rough start, stumbling or idle surge nothing like that we are good If you got any other questions i'll be back more frequently now that I got my car back

Based on the above, it looks like the car with the JB4 might feel more laggy off the line.. Am I seeing that right?

The red lines are base right? And below 2000 rpms, it looks like it's producing more power than the blue/green lines.

If the user pushed the gas pedal a ms sooner, it will show that car is making more power since that range is so small.

Thanks... Just confusing being that other dynos I've seen in comparison to stock .... at least from memory ... shows an increase with a tune, even from the start.
