THE #1 Option
I am sure that many of you have passengers that tell you how much they just love your car . They Say, " I really like the way this thing changes gears or it really sounds sweet".
. . For me the #1 Option that everyone comments about: Coral Red Leather Interior . . What was a very hesitant option has become mine as well as my passengers most commented / favorite option. Not just RED but Coral Red on a AW car is just so fitting and a stark difference from the dark cave BLACK interior. . . WHAT IS YOUR MOST COMMENTED ON ~ OPTION / FEATURE? |

Hmm. I haven't had many passengers. The comments I get are how good looking it is. The convertible top. People love to watch it park itself. They are also impressed with the power

And the # 1 comment I get about my M235i is....
"Couldn't they do a better job mounting the front plate?" Yep, that's it. I've got the US Millworks tow hook bracket and you would not believe how many people bring it up. It's mostly older people who don't understand why someone wouldn't want holes drilled in front bumper. It makes me laugh every time I hear it.

For guys its always the power and exhaust note of the m-performance exhaust. For the ladies its always the interior. I got the coral red interior too with the mineral white exterior.

Agreed. The coral red gets over the top praise, even from my finances little sister and her friends (a group that normally could care less about cars).

Valencia Orange paint if they're just looking at it...handling, if I take them for a ride.

Other people: 1) Terra interior (with the AW exterior), and 2) Ability to reconfigure suspension & driveline from Eco Pro through Sport Plus.
My personal favorites: 1) M Performance Limited Slip differential (port installed), and 2) Sunroof Delete. |

I'd have to say it's the looks of my M235. I've always thought the M235 had a clean, sporty, slightly aggressive, but still understated look. My prior car was a 2012 WRX hatch riding on a set of amazing looking 18" Enkei Rajjins and a just-perfect drop. My WRX got lots of rubbernecking and looks, but holy crap does my bonestock M235 gets comments, thumbs up, questions about how fast it is, how good it sounds (MPE exhaust), etc. I figured it would have gotten none of that.
The red interior gets a lot of approvals too. I think the mineral white and red interior really make the car pop. The mineral white does such a good job shadowing and pumping up the body work and creases, increasing the aggressiveness, and making the car look more high end than it is. |

Defiantly the looks, Estroil Blue convertible with Oyster interior. With the top down in parking lots people will stop look for a moment or two before moving on.

People do tend to like the EB. I caught a guy taking photos at a gas station before the accident but not much other attention. Lately though, I've been noticing it nonstop. Friday a guy was pacing me on 95 - look over and he's got his phone on his steering wheel snapping pics. Today I ate breakfast at an outdoor cafe and 3 separate people walking by took an extra few seconds looking at the 2 and had a cute girl yell "love the car!"

Definitely the pull from the turbo kicking in and the whoosh sound it makes.
