Audio Problem
Hello, all --
I have the system installed in my 2015 320i. Everything operating correctly except the audio. I have a problem that seems to be different than those I have read about on other forums. The system does interrupt the radio (or whatever is playing) when it wants to give an audible instruction/announcement. Turning up the volume does not solve the problem - doing so just yields unintelligible static. I’ve got it muted for now so it doesn’t drive me crazy, but I want it to work properly. Any thoughts? Also, I have the nav. unit installed in the glovebox per BMW's instructions. I find that it generates a significant amount of heat. Has anyone else notice this? Thank you. |
