Phone vs website tracking
My 2016 M235 is somewhere between Port Hueneme and my dealership. The tracking on the BMW website says the car is "At Your Dealer" but the phone system still says it is "in transit."
While I wait to hear back from my dealership, has anyone experienced the website saying the car has arrived before the phone system is updated? |
