Antwerp isn't even on the itinerary. Our cars are now hanging out with some secret government cargo. Hopefully the Russians don't sink the ship.

Oh boy... The Georgia Highway is due to dock in Baltimore within the next couple of days. I'm getting excited. I'll have my car maybe within two weeks after that ???????????

Yep.
Seriously though, this is killing me. It was supposed to be in and out of Southhampton all within the day. I think it's tomorrow over there now.. This after the Antwerp nonsense. Sigh. Edit: Yeah, we lost a day on the ETA. Last edited by SuitedUp; 04-15-2014 at 11:49 PM.. |

My status finally changed today so I called in and spoke to one of the customer service reps. My car is aboard the Fremantle Highway and actually has been since the 12th but for some reason it's still not showing up on the WW Logistics site......

Thanks Pickachu!
My understanding is that K-Line delivers primarily to CA and I know for sure that mine is arriving in Brunswick, GA. I went ahead and ran my VIN on the K-Line website (not sure I did it correctly) and I didn't get any results there either. I don't guess it really matters. According to the BMW rep it is on its way and since I know the name of the ship I can track it even though I'm not showing up on the WW site. |

Hate waiting, but I gotta say. My salesman is just the best. I bug him regularly for info that I can't get from the automated system. He's always so quick to answer me, even from my initial email asking him about coming in to test drive. I basically cold-emailed him based on some dealer ratings I saw. It was probably like 10pm. He answered in like 15 minutes.
I know I'm just kinda talking to myself, but it's just so refreshing, because this is our first brand new car from a dealer. (Previously was a VW but my gf worked for the company so it was different) And I dreaded dealing with the BS. But totally the opposite. Dealerrater.com if anyone wants to try and take the same approach. I feel like the preemptive email made all the difference, since it was like I sought him out special, so he was on my side from the get go. But I digress. |

Interesting. Perillo was one that I reached out to, and I got a response from someone saying they'd get back to me the next day. Then... silence. Never heard back, so I went with a different dealer. Not a great experience. Glad yours was better!
