(Need assistance) iDrive took a crap
So my iDrive is currently hung on the BMW splash screen in a reboot loop. I read in some forums to hold the mute/cd eject for 30 seconds to reset it. I tried that and it didn't work. I also read to disconnect the battery. I tried that and now my iDrive is not the only problem... the driver side window does not lower itself when I close the door.
Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Are there any steps I'm supposed to do after I reconnect the battery? Thanks in advance. |

you need to reset the window top position so it knows when to stop...
something to the likes of pushing the button all the way till it reaches the bottom and keep holding a few seconds and then pull the button all the way up and do the same... else google bmw window reset procedure |
