It's off Meridian and 465 on the Northside, as you mentioned - in the another broken egg cafe parking lot.

Former 135i owner (now 335 sportline)..
IMHO the M235 is a buffed version of the 135...smoothed out, more aggressive, more "purposeful" fron the front view. Really like the interior treatment but why no real temp gauge ? What I do not care for, and also stopped me from getting an M sport vs sportline on my 335, is the back valence. Just do not like that , at all. However, the MG hides ( and likely black ) that issue well and would have to be my color choice or would have to have the rear valence painted out, if possible. All that said, I would love to have an M235i and would if I could. But right now, another 4 door around the house is mandatory and I have a sports car, so I will suck it up. Going to test drive the M235 soon and I know that will really be an excercise in frustration beacuse I will want one. Very happy for all you folks who will being driving the new 235i...love it. BMW got this one right.... ps..the 335 (w/ppk) is great. Its just too big for me. |

North side of Indy every Saturday morning. They'll really pick up (hundreds of cars) when it gets warmer.

I was told (and saw in their system) that the car will be marked "not for sale". I reckon it would stay that way until they knew they had a replacement coming, then allow it to be sold but with the M235i availability being what it is.. I figure this car will get a bashing from so many people for a while before that happens... good luck to who buys that car!

I bet it's awesome in the summer - me and my dad were there for about an hour this morning - pretty good turnout, even if it was a little chilly.

Will definitely be back once it warms up a bit, which will hopefully give the mall a chance to fill in some of the potholes and crater souvenir's left over from the brutal winter season.

That should bring out a lot of cool stuff that you see at the Suds in Greenwood on the south side.

I just can't get into the looks of the 2 series. It reminds me of a Pontiac Grand Am or a Grand Prix. Very, very disappointed with the new BMW's. I'll stick with my '13 135i and if things do not improve with BMW I'll opt for a Porsche on my next car.

In all honesty, I don't think the 2er looks like anything else BMW has out right now - it seems to me that this car is a little more unique than the rest of the lineup, as it is currently situated. That being said, the F22 is not as polarizing as the E82. But looks wise, I take the M235 all day.

Love the 2 series look but I think the bolded is taking it a bit far --- it does look more unique compared to the rest of the lineup but everything in the BMW lineup now has the same general look or what jalopnik calls 'corporate grille' or face. |

I'm affraid the Corporate Grille or face is here to stay for most if not all manufacturers. It's about branding and up selling people into the next higher model each time they change. The good thing is if you like the look of one you will prob like the look of most if not all that brands models. Of course the opposite can be said. I like the look and especially the interiors on Audi's but they are so similar it's almost imposible to tell them apart when in your rear view mirror!

^^^ Someone else bolded that - not me.
I see what both of you are saying, but at the same time, I think the M235definitely has it's own subtle differences - like the headlights not going into the grill, lack of foglights, and the overall smaller size.

Do you have M Performance Suspensions? the one with red springs? cause at the dealer i saw a 335i 2013 with everything OEM upgraded. No wheel gap between fender. Sorry I cant tell in the pic since your car is already black haha! Nice Car BTW.
Im personally waiting for the M2 to come out! |

With the exception of the rear (which isn't all that bad), the 2 series IMO is the best looking small car in the BMW line up - great evolution from 1 series. But I also like the look and size of the 1 series as well. The 3/4 series is getting bigger and bigger every year. The 5/6 series is as big as the previous generation 7 series. Will be interesting to see the official specs for the M2
