What would be nice is to have a normal M235 next to one fitted with the optional exhaust to do some real world comparisons...

Can anyone explain to me a couple of things. First of all as far as the exhaust what are all the different choices and what do they correspond to on the list. Also is the suspension worth it, what would it provide?

Standard exhaust - m performance tuned with black tips and not that loud (people say, but loud enough for me)
M performance exhaust - louder, chrome trims but still just back box and tips. Rest of exhaust is the same. There is then the option to add the m4 carbon style covers to the chrome performance pipes but this is just a cosmetic add on |

Unless there is a more up to date source out there, the pricing breakdown posted shows 3 performance exhausts with 2 prices and 2 have the same description. Anyone care to shed some light on what the specific part number and cost is for the performance exhaust and the performance exhaust + cf tips? Thanks!

For $3600, you better track the heck out of that car!
For the street it's a waste.

Not really. I know a few Porsche owners who would be just as well off in a Lexus. They bought the P car because they could and because they are a little douchey that way. Most people will never use it on the streets. Just because someone frequents this site doesn't mean they are clipping the apex of every right hand turn and powering out of it to merge onto the highway with enough frequency and general hooliganism to warrant spending that much.
