Hawk HPS 5.0 Pads
Anyone tried them out?
I haven't used OEM since week 2, so I can only compare to EBC Yellow Stuff or PFC 08s. For the price, its a deal... How bad can it be? I'm pretty used to the EBC's on the street, will it be noticeably weaker you think?

I used them a couple years ago on my Dinan tuned 2011 335i for track duty. They didn't last more than a couple weekends, which was unacceptable to me for the price. Moved to the Stop Tech Sport pads (309.16090 and 309.16560 for the M2xxi) and liked them much better. Very livable on the street too if you don't change pads specifically for the track.

2) $270 is average in comparison to what performance pads cost for our cars, and very cheap compared to the cost of track pads. |

2) Currently running Powerstop track day pads PST-1656 and PST-1609 on my M240i from Amazon for under $200 a set. Change them a few days before the track weekend. |
