Car making sounds and starting up is weird

I got two problems I want to ask about.

1. When I start the car, it starts right way but it goes up to 2k rpm and comes down.

2. When I am rolling or slowing down or accelerating slowy, a HISSING noise comes from somewhere. Happens way louder while pressing the gas pedal. I can hear it VERY loudly in my garage. It almost dominates my engine sound. While in Parking, if I rev it to about 3-5 k rpm, the hissing sound sort of locks in then releases.

Anyone know answers to any of these questions? Thanks

hink the hissing noise you hear is what keep the engine cool i hear it on all of them.
