What can cause rough idle on my 2018 230ixdrive, most especially when a/c is on the car is vibrating from inside ?

This could be due to issues with the air intake, spark plugs, or fuel injectors. I'd suggest getting it checked out by a mechanic to pinpoint the problem and get it running smoothly again.
