Finally got around to doing my valve cover gasket. Pretty clean in there but noticed these lines on the cam lobes.

How fucked am I and what causes this? Car runs totally fine.

The wavy lines are normal,but that 1line thats straight?is that a reflection?

Not a reflection but couldn't feel it with my nail so not super concerned. Other lobes looked good.
