What the hell is this. Iam reinstalling a new gasket set. And i remember this from the first time. Original one has broke and new one has broke. Cheap plastic. Is it necessary to install and glue down or leave it out. Do i risk it falling apart down the road? It came apart removing the valve cover. Iam assuming sum little valve for pcv?
Been trying to goggle it. Haven trouble finding it online.

Nervous about this little plastic part inside the valve cover and I still cannot find out what it all does. ?????
