Forge diverter valve from ECS

I came across this when I was looking for an upgrade on the cheaper side. Has anyone used it yet? Thoughts? Apparently the EWG control is still functional and it just replaces the diaphragm with a metal unit.

only needed when using stage 2 turbos.

Would there be any benefit to this product on a stage 1 car? If it further improves throttle response I will be all over this.

Im guessing it supplies the external blow off sound. I had it on a 2007 GTI and it sounded flimzy. but it was necessary since the oem unit wasn't strong enough for a tuned...
