328i Coupe Exhaust Note

Well today me and a friend got together and I finally mustered up the courage to let him drive it and we were just comparing cars when the both of us heard the exhaust note on my coupe, we realized that it had almost the same one as the his S4. It was in DS mode, but of couse it didn't nearly drive as fast, but it sounded just as good. It had a pretty deep boooom to it. So thats my no point topic of the day. So 328 coupe owners, let some else drive the car and see and listen to how good that machine really is.

P.S. 335 guys, you already know that ur all that.

Dont flame, i'm just bored. haha

"deep boom"? Are you serious? The thing sounds like a sewing machine. I added the Rogue IKON exhaust and now it has a nice tone.

a sewing machine. Ya thats what i thought in the beginning too, but it was a hot day and the car was warmed up well and the fact taht it was being driven hard in DS, it really did sound good. I'm sure ur exhaust is great tho.

haha thats what i am like most of the time, but since my friend does have an S4, i guess he feels that same way about taking care of the car. but you are right in most situations tho.

lol i didn't kno the 328's had a tone..i usually can notice the 335i's going by..and im not flaming on any of u guys i hope u kno this..but i still love my g35 coupe exhaust

...i havent yet got the 335 tone yet. i see them around but usually all old women just cruising

My 328xi definitely sounds better than my '91 Honda Civic with a fart can! Although, I really only hear it driving next to a building with my windows and sunroof open, accelerator floored. Other times it's barely noticable, just the way I like it.
