desmotwin , I also a reseller of BMS products.
Their products always shipped to us without each individual packaging. The boxes is normal to get banged or rubbed around to the other boxes during shipment to us.
So, a scuff mark is normal.
You may want to ask BMS to replace it since it is their product though.
