Mike was sent the same pic that I posted above. He still said the part is new and was scratched during shipping. He then kinda changed his story and said the board inside the case is guaranteed new and offered to send me a new box if I was unhappy with the scratched one (you think?) or to send him the unit back and he would have to order a new one from BMS for me.
Anyways, I can't be bothered to deal with people like this. He should have just been honest from the beginning and offered to take it back before I had to call him out on it. Shady business in my opinion...buyers beware.
