For those who have a JB4 Stage 1. The build quality seems pretty poor. The board inside the control box is loose and the entire thing rattles. Is this by design or did I get a broken unit?

It also looks as if I was sent a previously used unit. The control box is all scratched and beaten up. I've sent emails to N54Tuning.com and I am awaiting their response. Not impressed so far...
