Definitely looks like 18", and confirms my impression it's a great mistake to use the same aggressive wheel widths / offsets with 18" as with 19" setups. I don't know why people do it; and 18" setup should imho:
- be based on 8J (front) and 9J (rear) rims, and not 8.5J and 9.5J, which are good for 19"
- offset should be 40 (front) and 45 (rear); poking out like this is a very bad example of rice tuning
