Yesterday I blew out both driver's side tires going through a typical PHL pothole filled with water at trolley tracks at 8-10 mph in slow traffic. I immediately drove to the local dealer. Their estimate for two more crappy Pirellis was around $600. I declined after looking at Tire Rack's Michelin choices, which were Pilot Sport A/S 4 or The CrossClimate+.

Anyone have experience replacing the OE run-flats with either of these Michelins? My prior experiences with Pirellis has never been good. Yesterday's two sidewall blowouts makes a total of 5 Pirelli failures for me in three cars.
