Anyone have the tool to remove the infamous BMW EPS Steering Rack Thrust Bushing?

There is the MS00084 tool for a lot of money and then also a more homemade solution selling on eBay for about $50.
Are there any other options? BMW mentions special tool 2 458 076, but if I search for this I can't find anything
