Not sure if it is truly OEM for the 2 series, but they do make a scissor jack with a top pad that fits into the frame holes. DK if you can buy separately, but it is part of the spare kit they sell, nested inside the space saver. This link is one example, from the nearby thread titled 'space saver' :
