The premium is a must have to me - the dimming mirrors make all the difference in the world when you have SUVs behind you at night.
I wish we could get the cloth seats here, and that the mirrors were a stand alone option...the premium was only $1400 on my current 135 - BMW were running some "value" adds for free when I got my second E82, and that $1000 difference on the M235 sucks.
Oh well, gotta pay to have it first I guess....
