Just saw your post and see that CPS is also closed to students tomorrow. They explain it as:
"This decision reflects our commitment to safety and efficiency, particularly considering the expected transportation delays and the risk to students walking home post-dismissal."
Since the wife's Pilates class ends at 3 PM, I'm wondering if there's expected to be some sort of general drama going on outside that we're going to encounter on the drive back home. I can't imagine what that might be, but it is 2024, after all.
