Hoping to get some help with specific tech Question - wanting suggestions or info on best hot track pressures for Potenza s007A's for upcoming HPDE. Stock 18" staggered setup on 228iX (225/245's), no camber plates or other suspension mods.
I fear that this is an area where the lawyers have taken over, as all I can get is generic 'use manufacturer recc's' when I called in to your main tech# (did finally get thru to somebody there who would actually address the Q, but he swears he just sets his tires cold and never checks hot pressures after track sessions; acted like I was weird to be asking about hot pressures). Bridgestone is even less helpful - they shunt me to a Firestone dealer and the 'factory specs' they regurgitate do not even match BMW info for road use. Any suggestions? or do you have a line to somebody at Bridgestone that would have track-specific info? Thanks
