Was inspecting the underside of the car recently and found this...(see attachment). An oil leak around the gear selector and this random seal on the shaft.

Just looking at it, I can't figure out where this seal came from and RealOEM isn't very helpful as I can't find a seal that looks like the one pictured.

Anyone here ever messed with this mechanism? I'm doing my clutch next week and would like to order the proper seal to fix it up while the transmission is out.
