No way this is a BMW leak. Potentially an aftermarket Chinese front end for the G8x? Will be popping up soon on Alibaba.com & you could add some round 90s WRX style driving lights to the square air ducts to give it some extra retro charm.
Nice job on the render though.
BMW won't make unique headlights just for the M2 for a start.
