After some convincing, I've come around and will be getting PA4s for my OEM staggered 18s. I'll be running 225/40R18 all around. The rear rims are 1/2" wider than the fronts. I have a hard time seeing this 1/2" width will change anything other than the sidewall shape. The contact patch and tire diameter stays the same no matter what. 225/40R18s are completed fine for an 18X8 rim (the OEM staggered rear rim size).
